    All group inquiries must be made through our groups department using the form above.
    The following information are required:
    • Travel dates
    • Duration of stay (required min. is three (3) nights)
    • Departure city
    • Destination
    • Hotel preferences
    • A minimum of 10 rooms, based on double occupancy
    • All travelling in the same time period

    Note Well: Minimum number of adults required for a group may vary with suppliers.
    Quotation process may require a turnaround time of 48 to 72 hours.*
    All quotes require a response from our suppliers; therefore the turnaround time for
    reply will vary.

    Confirming your group

    When we have confirmed your group rates with the supplier, a quote including
    all taxes and terms and conditions will be emailed to you. Group space can be limited
    and is always based on availability at the time of confirmation. Rates quoted often
    fluctuate and are not guaranteed until the group reservation is confirmed with
    deposits. A non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm your
    group reservation. Once your group is booked with at least a deposit,
    the price is fully guaranteed, regardless of price or fuel surcharge fluctuation.
    A contract will always follow with final payments and all terms and conditions
    specified for your group.
   
    Note: Rates quoted are guaranteed for a limited time only, dependant on suppliers.
    A delay in responding to a quote can result in a change of rate and/or loss of
    availability.
